1、 Instrument Introduction
FUTURA Segmented Flow Analysis (SFA) is a multi-channel continuous flow analyzer produced by Alliance (AMS Group) in France. The system adopts fragmented flow technology, with air bubbles separating each reaction liquid flow, which not only promotes the reaction but also prevents the diffusion of internal samples, greatly improving the sensitivity and measurement accuracy of the instrument. Compared with similar products, only FUTURA has 100% independent channels, which means each channel has an independent peristaltic pump, detector, control panel, LCD display, and drawer type reagent cabinet. It can be said that each channel can act as an independent analyzer and perfectly combine microfluidics with macroflows.
2、 Instrument working principle
Using fragmented flow technology, the sample solution is continuously aspirated from the reagent bottle and mixed with the reagent in the flow path system to reach the detector, completing the analysis process of detection. The entire process is fully automated, with ultra-low detection limits and low reagent consumption. More than 1000 application methods have been established and recognized by authoritative institutions in various countries. The system channels can be expanded to 16 channels to simultaneously detect different indicators.
3、 Main features:
(1) 100% independent channel:
Each channel of FUTURA is actually an independent analyzer that can operate independently without affecting each other, greatly reducing the failure rate of instrument operation;
(2) High degree of automation:
Automatic on/off of peristaltic pump, automatic calibration of baseline sensitivity, automatic dilution, automatic sample recognition, etc;
(3) Diversified automatic sampler:
Can be equipped with high-capacity 104 bit FUTURA rotary automatic sampler, 360 bit XYZ three-dimensional automatic sampler, etc;
(4) Combining macro stream and micro stream technologies:
According to the requirements of sample testing, micro flow or macro flow can be provided to optimize flow rate and reagent consumption, and pump speed can be adjusted to accelerate analysis speed;
(5) Humanized operating software CFMV2.
